Chocolate Peanut Clusters

Chocolate is probably my all-time favorite dessert to eat. When scoping out a sweet recipe, I always find one that includes this scrumptious deviling addiction of mine. What better way than to include a salt savory mix to it than by adding peanuts. So this recipe includes only a few ingredients and is super easy to make. I will warn you that this recipe makes a lot, so you can either cut it in half or gift them during Christmas or a holiday, which is always a favorite.               Directions: Combine all the ingredients together in a crockpot. I set the crockpot on high for 90 minutes, but you could cook on low for 3 hours. Don’t open the top.                 It may look like the chocolate isn’t melting because it’s sitting on top, but after 90 minutes, begin to stir and all of it will mix together into a creamy delicious substance. Lay out parchment paper on a pan. If you made a big batch, you’ll probably need a few pans. Once it is nice and stirred, I took a spoonful of the mix and placed it on the parchment paper and left them in clumps.   You can leave them out to dry or you can put them in the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes or for an even quicker turnout, put in the freezer for about 5 minutes. Check to be sure that the chocolate is solid before moving them to a plate or serving tray. Store in a solid container, that is if they last that long. Ingredients: 12 oz pack of semi-sweet chocolate 4 oz sweet German chocolate bar 24 oz almond bark white chocolate 1 14 oz can of dry salted peanuts 1 14 oz can of dry unsalted peanuts Crockpot Parchment paper
