AirFilters.com will refund the purchase price of any standard size filters bought from us within 60 days from the date of delivery. The return window starts when the order has been delivered. Filters that are returned must be unused and undamaged when they arrive back. If you received damaged filters, please contact us.
Returns may be shipped by the provider of your choice. However, we recommend sending your filters back via UPS or FedEx as they have free insurance for up to $100. If you choose to send them via USPS, you must purchase insurance which will incur in additional charges.

Please allow 10 business days from the time we receive your items to process the return. Filters, not freight, will be credited back to your card on record.
