Guarantee Details:
Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50, AirFilters.com will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50. AirFilters.com will cover this liability only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at AirFilters.com while using the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Privacy Policy:
AirFilters.com collects the following personal information when you place an order:

Phone number
Fax number
Email address
Credit card information
Time and date of order
Products ordered
Customer comments

Goal: The primary goal in collecting personal information is to allow AirFilters.com to provide superior online Customer service. AirFilters.com uses the Customer contact information to fill orders, provide Customers with an order confirmation, inform Customers of their order status, and to enhance the operation of the web site.

Personal Information: AirFilters.com does not sell, lease, rent, or otherwise distribute your personal information (including emails) to any person, party, or organization outside of the company.

Emails: AirFilters.com does not send unsolicited emails to any person, party, or organization. AirFilters.com will not share your contact information with any third party source.

During the normal course of business, AirFilters.com will only send you the following emails:

  1. Order confirmation after placing your order.
  2. Shipping confirmation with tracking number once the product is shipped.
  3. Promotional emails containing specials and coupons for your convenience.

The only exceptions to the instances mentioned above are if you voluntarily sign up for one of our other services (Email Reminder Program or Automatic Reorder Program), if we need to communicate with you in regard to an order that you placed, or if we are responding to your request for answers to a question.

Cookies: To enhance your experience with our site, our Customer account system is designed to use "cookies." Cookies are text files we place in your computer's browser to store your preferences. Cookies, by themselves, do not contain any of your personally identifiable information. However, once you furnish us with personal identifiable information, this information may be linked to the data stored in the cookie. Lifetime Return Guarantee:
AirFilters.com will refund the purchase price of any standard size filters bought from us. So if you are moving, obtaining a new unit, or simply need another size, then you have come to the right place!

AirFilters.com accepts returns via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Be sure to save your tracking number so we may confirm receipt of your return. Filters that are returned must be unused and undamaged when they return to AirFilters.com. If you receive a filter that is damaged and wish to return it, you must report the damage within 15 days of receipt of the product in order to file a claim (for orders shipped outside of the contiguous United States please see our shipping policy). Filters that are delivered correctly and in good condition are the responsibility of the recipient if they wish to return them. Any package that is refused by the recipient and is returned to AirFilters.com will be credited the price of the filters less the cost of the return shipping. All orders returned to AirFilters.com due to incorrect information (i.e. incorrect name, city, zip code, etc.) will incur an additional charge to cover the inadvertent delivery.

Please allow 10 business days from the time we receive your items to process the return. Filters, not freight, will be credited back to your card on record.

Shipping Policy:
Shipping and handling charges, as noted on the top of each product page, will be added to your order. All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS (our option). Shipping prices are applicable to the 48 contiguous states only. Please call (do not email) to change ship-to information on an order that you have just placed.

International orders shipped outside the United States will be shipped via USPS. PO boxes, APO (military mail), Canadian orders, Hawaii, Alaska, and all U.S. territories will be shipped via USPS. These orders will incur additional freight charges that will be added to the order and charged to the Customer's credit card of record. Shipping cost on orders outside of the contiguous United States will not be shown at the time of checkout. International orders are only guaranteed to the point of shipment therefore damages, product defects, or other situations are the responsibility of the Customer. $50 minimum purchase on orders shipped outside of North America.

Canadian and other International orders will incur an additional freight charge that will be added to the order and charged to the Customer's credit card of record. Canadian and other International orders are normally shipped via Priority Mail International (USPS). The Customer is responsible for all duties, taxes (including Government Sales Tax), brokerage fees, and disbursement fees. Please check with the proper governmental agency for an estimate of these fees. If a package is refused please be advised that we cannot refund the original shipping charge or the cost to bring the shipment back to Air-Filters.com. All Canadian and other International orders will be shipped together once a week in order to reduce the cost of shipping.

Shipping Times:
Unless otherwise noted on our web site, all orders are shipped (i.e. leave our facility) within 24 hours of order placement. Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. CST will be considered placed on the following business day. Normal transit time via UPS Ground or USPS is 3 to 5 days within the contiguous United States.

Due to the volume of packages being shipped, UPS makes scheduled pick-ups at 9:00 am, 12:00 pm, 3:00 pm, and 5:00 pm. As a result, an order that you recently placed may already have been shipped if there is any delay between the time the order is placed and the time that you call in to request any changes. Orders that have already been shipped are the responsibility of the Customer to return the merchandise for credit.

Shipping Changes:
AirFilters.com is not responsible for any lost package that is incorrectly addressed due to customer error. We generate our shipping labels from the information the customer provides, so if you enter an incorrect or incomplete address (incorrect zip code, missing apartment/suite/office number/name etc.) and your package is lost, AirFilters.com is not responsible.

If you enter your address incorrectly on the website, and need it re-routed by UPS to the correct address, you will be charged an additional $11.00 (minimum) per carton fee to cover costs.  Please note; it is not possible with some shipments to have packages re-routed.

If you contact us by phone after your order has been placed regarding an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we will make every effort to correct your information prior to your package being shipped. However, once your package has been processed and shipped, we cannot make any modification to your shipment. If your order is lost or delivered to the incorrect address, we again are not responsible.

Custom Size Filters:
Custom size air filters are built to your exact specifications. As a result, these filters may not be returned for refund or credit. All custom size air filters are built to tolerances of + or - 1/8".

CAUTION: Most air filters are stamped with a size that is NOT the actual dimension of the filter. Example: A 16x25 filter typically measures 15 1/2 x 24 1/2. Please MEASURE your current air filter in order to get the exact dimensions.

Thickness Specifications
1/2" filters measure approximately 3/8".
1" filters measure approximately 3/4".
2" filters measure approximately 1 3/4".
4" filters measure approximately 3 5/8".
