Shipping and handling is a flat rate of $6.95 for orders under $99. Orders over $99 receive free shipping. Flat rate shipping prices and free shipping are applicable to the 48 contiguous states only. All orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS (our option). Please call (do not email) to change ship-to information on an order that you have just placed.
Non-Contiguous United States orders shipping to Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/DPO and all other US territories will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. These orders will incur additional freight charges that will be added to the order at time of checkout and charged to the Customer at time of checkout on record. International orders are only guaranteed to the point of shipment therefore damages, product defects, or other situations are the responsibility of the Customer. If a package is refused please be advised that we cannot refund the original shipping charge or the cost to bring the shipment back to AirFilters.com.
Canadian and all other International orders will incur an additional freight charge that will be added to the order at time of checkout and charged to the Customer at time of checkout. Canadian and other International orders are normally shipped via Priority Mail International (USPS). The Customer is responsible for all duties, taxes (including Government Sales Tax), brokerage fees, and disbursement fees. Please check with the proper governmental agency for an estimate of these fees. If a package is refused please be advised that we cannot refund the original shipping charge or the cost to bring the shipment back to AirFilters.com.
Unless otherwise noted on our web site, all orders are shipped (i.e. leave our facility) within 48 hours of order placement. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. CST will be considered placed on the following business day. Orders are shipped from Alabama. Under normal circumstances transit time via FedEx or USPS is 3 to 5 business days within the contiguous United States. The map below is only an estimate, not a guarantee, of the transit time. Actual transit time may be 1-2 days longer depending on the shipping destination.
AirFilters.com attempts to ship all orders as soon as possible. As a result, an order that you recently placed may already have been shipped if there is any delay between the time the order is placed and the time that you call in to request any changes. Orders that have already been shipped are the responsibility of the Customer to return the merchandise for credit.
AirFilters.com is not responsible for any lost package that is incorrectly addressed due to customer error. We generate our shipping labels from the information the customer provides, so if you enter an incorrect or incomplete address (incorrect zip code, missing apartment/suite/office number/name etc.) and your package is lost, AirFilters.com is not responsible.
If you enter your address incorrectly on the website, and need it re-routed by FedEX to the correct address, you will be charged an additional $15.00 (minimum) per carton fee to cover costs. Please note: it is not possible with some shipments to have packages re-routed.
If you contact us by phone after your order has been placed regarding an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we will make every effort to correct your information prior to your package being shipped. However, once your package has been processed and shipped, we cannot make any modification to your shipment. If your order is lost or delivered to the incorrect address, we again are not responsible.
