This filter fits a number of different Trane® Perfect models and removes harmful pollutants like pet dander, pollen, dust, dust mites and many more particles we're sure you don't want to be inhaling each and every day. This filter allows for easy installation and can be purchased inexpensively. The 17.5x27x5 (17.2x26.2x5) MERV 11 Trane® Aftermarket Replacement Filter also protects your unit from collecting these particles on the coils which can cause costly damages to your unit. Just like some things are better left unsaid, we think harmful airborne pollutants are better off inside your filter, and not floating around your home.
